Maulik Shah is a biopharma finance and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance, portfolio strategy, public and private healthcare investing, and biotechnology investment banking.

At Mirador Therapeutics, he oversees financial strategy, partners with R&D and clinical leaders to align resources with pipeline priorities, and leads program valuation and capital allocation. He also plays a key role in investor engagement and capital raising to support Mirador’s growth. Before joining Mirador, Mr. Shah served as a senior healthcare analyst at Rock Springs Capital, investing across global public and private healthcare companies.

Previously, Mr. Shah was a biopharma analyst at Citadel Global Equities, and started his career as a biotechnology investment banker at Citigroup. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
